HASSLE-FREE return policy

We are very passionate about our lashes and we are confident that you will love them as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (this excludes any postage charges).  All returned lashes will be disposed immediately after examination. We NEVER reuse returned products for good hygiene and safety reasons.


To ensure we process your return and refund as efficient as possible, please follow the following steps:

1. Request A Returns Note

You must always contact us first at info@everblinks.com to notify us of your intent to return. Your email should contain the Order Reference Number from your Dispatch Note as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. Please also tell us whether you’d like your lashes replaced or your money refunded.

Once you’ve notified us of your intent to return the goods, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours providing you with a returns note containing the return address. Complete the returns note and dispatch this with the product to be returned.

Please note: any returns which are received without prior notice as per the above will incur a delay in the processing time.

2. Return your lashes to us

To qualify for a full refund, all lashes being returned must be in their original packaging along with the invoice and the returns note. Returns must in the state you received them and in the original packaging. All returns should be sent back to us within 30 days after receipt. Ensure that you make a copy of the documents for your own records. Take the package to your local Post Office and make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the package go missing. Please Note: Everblinks will not be liable for any lost return packages.

3. Replace or Refund

All goods will be inspected on return, but they are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

If you request a replacement we will send you the new products within 30 days after acceptance of the returned goods. If you request a refund, we will use the original method of payment (Paypal, Visa etc.) to refund you within 30 days after we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product (this includes sale items).

Please note that Everblinks will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.
